Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)
Benefits
An abdominoplasty removes excess skin and fat from the abdomen and, where necessary, tightens the underlying abdominal muscles. It is particularly effective following significant weight loss or pregnancy, when the skin has been stretched beyond its ability to retract naturally.
Mr Thacoor performs the procedure through an incision placed low on the abdomen, within or below the bikini line. Excess skin is excised, the abdominal muscles are repaired if needed (diastasis recti), and the remaining skin is tightened to create a flatter, firmer abdominal contour.
