Benefits

Defined jawlineRemoves neck bands (platysmal bands)Eliminates 'turkey neck'Often combined with faceliftDiscreet scars behind the earRenewed neck contour

The neck is one of the earliest and most noticeable areas to show signs of ageing. Loose skin, the appearance of neck bands (platysmal bands) and the accumulation of fat beneath the chin can create a heavy or aged profile. A neck lift — often combined with a facelift — restores a clean, defined jaw and neck contour.

Mr Thacoor customises the approach based on your anatomy. Techniques may include liposuction to the neck, tightening of the underlying platysma muscle, and removal or redraping of excess skin through discreet incisions around and behind the ear.

What to expect

  • Procedure takes 1.5–3 hours
  • A support garment is worn for 2 weeks

  • Final results visible at 3–4 months
