Sebaceous Cyst Removal
Benefits
Sebaceous cysts are benign lumps that develop beneath the skin, typically arising from a blocked hair follicle or sebaceous gland. While harmless, they can become inflamed or infected, or simply be a cosmetic concern.
Complete surgical removal of the cyst — including its capsule — is the only reliable way to prevent recurrence. Mr Thacoor performs this through a carefully placed incision, removing the entire cyst and its lining cleanly. It is preferable to operate when any inflammation has fully settled.
